I used to live oceanfront in the beautiful and warm state of Bahia, in Brazil. I was privileged to go to the beach almost every day, just to look out at the ocean, feel the sun on my skin, and think about what is on the other side of this neverending blue.
You, BTS. You were there. Around the world, across oceans and deserts, but right there.

I kept wishing that you could experience this beach, the sun, this peace. I wish you could feel the love I was sending you. That life comes in waves, and the sea is not a blue desert after all.
Have you heard of something called Oceanic Feeling? It was first coined by Rolland in a letter to Freud to explain a complete unity people can feel with the universe and other people. Freud dismissed it, of course. But Carl Jung knew the power. He saw the waters and the ocean as the primordial symbol of the collective unconscious.
For me, ocean and universe are connected to each other because of their ability to connect others. Isn’t connection what we want the most?
Could BTS be the Ocean and ARMY be the Universe? Whaliens resonating each other?

And the Sun, that colors Ocean and Universe blue, could it be the manifestation of that togetherness? What I know is that we will follow each other into the Sun.
The Sun
Jota Quest ft. Milton Nascimento / lyrics by Antônio Nastácia
Hey, pain, I don’t listen to you anymore
You don’t lead me anywhere
Hey, fear, I don’t listen to you anymore
You don’t lead me anywhere
And if you want to know where I’m going
To wherever there is Sun
That’s where I’m going
